What Are We?

While LegalEdge is new, we've got some impressive runs on the board and come from decades of business and software development. As a product, LegalEdge was founded over three years ago in recognition of a gap in the Practice Management market. LegalEdge's first public module was Payroll and Payroll+, launched in July of 2008 to a limited release. After 12 months of continuous operation, the remainder of the practice management suite has been delivered and was launched at the 2009 ALPMA conference.

Who Are We?

LegalEdge is built upon the business knowledge of Brendon Sidebottom and Craig McKay and the technical knowledge of Douglas Boyd and David Paulo. Brendon and Craig have over 35 years cumulative experience in the legal profession, managing practices around Australia. Douglas has been working on major IT projects since his arrival in Australia in 1996, and has been involved with the Telco, Finance/Banking and Legal industries throughout this time. David has worked on projects in the Legal IT environment for over 20 years. Richard Schimdt (Senior Java Programmer), Sergai Tchatchenko (Java Programmer), Allen Hattaway (Senior Consultant), Janina Paulo (Crystal Report Expert & Consultant) and Tania Tracey (Admin) round off our staff.
