If you're here, we assume that you've done all of your homework and realised that LegalEdge will save you both time and money. Congratulations - its now time to plan for your migration. We'll also assume that you haven't done all of the previous steps without calling us and that you have a LegalEdge Consultant assigned to you already. Your LegalEdge Consultant will be able to help put together the following plan:

Data Migration

You'll need to determine how much of your existing data needs to be moved from your current Practice Management process into LegalEdge. This may be as simple as importing a couple of Excel worksheets or it may be as complex as a full data extract and load process.

LegalEdge Training

We will never enable your LegalEdge system without ensuring that your staff are fully qualified to run it. Whether this is a simple training session and review of the documentation or a series of face to face question and answer sessions, we will continue until your staff are comfortable with the functions of LegalEdge.

Cutover Period

A period of time will be determined to cutover from your existing service to LegalEdge. During this period, comprehensive support (telephone, email & dial up) is available, regardless of your support level (Bronze, Silver or Gold). This change over time is crucial to your practice and we have a commitment to fulfilling your need.

Go Live

After the cutover period, your practice is officially up and running with LegalEdge.
